Frequently Asked Questions

How long should my title tags be?

Keep title tags under 60 characters to avoid truncation in search results. Google displays approximately 50-60 characters depending on pixel width. Front-load your primary keyword to ensure it's visible even if truncated.

How many meta description variations should I test?

Start with 2-3 variations for important pages. Run each for at least 2 weeks (or until you have 1,000+ impressions) to get statistically meaningful CTR data. Use Google Search Console to track performance.

Can AI identify real content gaps?

AI can analyze the data you provide and suggest gaps based on patterns. For best results, provide actual keyword data from SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools. AI excels at organizing and prioritizing the gaps once you've identified the raw data.

How often should I do content gap analysis?

Quarterly is ideal for most sites. Do it more frequently (monthly) in fast-moving industries or when competitors are actively publishing. Always run a gap analysis before major content planning sessions.

What's the difference between topic gaps and keyword gaps?

Topic gaps are broad subjects you're not covering (e.g., "local SEO" when competitors cover it). Keyword gaps are specific search queries within topics you may already cover (e.g., "local SEO for dentists" when you have a general local SEO article).
