Eligibility

To use Brass-SEO, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you are using Brass-SEO on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

Service Description

Brass-SEO is an AI-powered SEO analysis service that helps businesses understand and improve their search performance. The service includes:

  • Integration with Google Search Console (GSC) for rankings, impressions, and click data
  • Integration with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for traffic and engagement metrics
  • 8 one-click analysis reports (Full Analysis, AI Traffic, Opportunities, Content Gaps, Page Audit, Valuable Pages, Winning Keywords, Declining Pages)
  • AI chat interface for asking questions about your SEO data
  • Prioritized action recommendations

Both GSC and GA4 connections are required to use the service. We access your data via read-only OAuth—we cannot modify anything in your Google accounts.

Intellectual Property

Your Data

You retain all ownership rights to your data, including the data from your Google Search Console and Google Analytics accounts. We do not claim ownership of your data.

Our Service

Brass-SEO, including its software, design, methodology, reports format, and AI analysis systems, is owned by Copper Sun Content and Creative, LLC. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

Generated Reports and Analysis

Reports and AI-generated analysis produced by Brass-SEO using your data are licensed to you for your personal or internal business use. You may share reports with colleagues, clients, or advisors as needed for your business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly publish reports as a commercial product.

Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the service, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

Free Trial and Cancellation

All new subscribers receive a 3-day free trial with full access to all features. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. Your card will be charged $25/month on day 4 unless you cancel before then.

You may cancel anytime. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel after the trial, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

To cancel, visit your dashboard and click "Manage Subscription."

Subscription and Billing

Pricing

Brass-SEO costs $25/month. New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial with full access to all features. Your card is charged on day 4unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew each month. You will be charged on the same day each month (or the last day of the month if the original date doesn't exist).

Cancellation

You may cancel anytime from your dashboard. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, a PCI DSS compliant payment processor. We accept credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We never see or store your payment details. For billing questions, contact .

Refunds

Free Trial

If you cancel during your free trial period, you will not be charged. No refund is necessary because no payment has been collected.

After Trial

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel your subscription, you retain access until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be issued for the remaining days.

Billing Errors

If you are charged in error (duplicate charges, charges after cancellation, or incorrect amounts), contact us at and we will promptly correct the error and issue a refund if applicable.

Service Issues

If you experience significant service issues that prevent you from using Brass-SEO, contact us and we will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Data and Privacy

Data Controller

Copper Sun Content and Creative, LLC is the data controller for information collected through Brass-SEO.

What We Access

When you connect your Google accounts, we access read-only data from:

  • Google Search Console: Search queries, impressions, clicks, average position, indexed pages
  • Google Analytics 4: Pageviews, sessions, bounce rate, engagement metrics, traffic sources

We cannot modify, delete, or write to your Google accounts. OAuth provides read-only access.

Token Security

OAuth tokens are encrypted using industry-standard encryption before storage. We never see your Google password—you authenticate directly with Google. You can revoke access anytime from your Google account settings.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication, Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our website, and the X (Twitter) Ads pixel for advertising conversion tracking. Google Analytics and the X pixel are not loaded for EU/EEA/UK/CH visitors. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details and opt-out options.

Data Retention

Chat history is automatically deleted after 30 days. When you cancel your subscription, OAuth tokens are deleted immediately. You may request full account deletion at any time by emailing .

Your Rights

Under GDPR (EEA/UK/Switzerland) and CCPA (California), you have the following rights regarding your data:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Data Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Restriction: Request restricted processing in certain circumstances.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Copper Sun Content and Creative, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the service
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including Google's terms of service
  • Connecting Google accounts you do not have authorization to access
  • Any content or data you provide through the service

This indemnification obligation will survive termination of your account and these terms.

Service Limitations

Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. Unplanned outages may occur.

AI Recommendations

SEO recommendations provided by the AI are suggestions based on your data and general SEO best practices. Results are not guaranteed. SEO depends on many factors outside our control, including Google's algorithms, your competitors, and your implementation of recommendations.

AI Service Providers

We use third-party AI services to power our chat and analysis features. The specific AI models and providers we use are subject to change at our discretion to improve service quality, reduce costs, or for any other business reason. We do not guarantee the use of any specific AI model or provider.

Data Accuracy

We display data from Google Search Console and Google Analytics as provided by Google's APIs. We do not guarantee the accuracy of data from third-party sources.

Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL COPPER SUN CONTENT AND CREATIVE, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Third-Party Services

Brass-SEO integrates with and relies on third-party services:

  • Google APIs: Search Console and Analytics data access
  • Payment processor: PCI-compliant payment processing
  • Cloud infrastructure: Authentication, database, and hosting
  • AI providers: AI analysis capabilities

These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability or practices.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address associated with your account.

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may cancel your subscription.

Governing Law and Disputes

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in San Mateo County, California, USA, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Small Claims Exception

Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court in San Mateo County, California, if the claim qualifies for small claims court jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

European Union Users

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the arbitration and class action waiver provisions above do not apply to you. Disputes may be resolved in the courts of your country of residence, and you retain all rights provided under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Copper Sun Content and Creative, LLC regarding your use of Brass-SEO, superseding any prior agreements.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Copper Sun Content and Creative, LLC.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Survival

The following sections survive termination of these terms: Intellectual Property, Refunds, Indemnification, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law and Disputes, and General Provisions.
